Gallery 104 is pleased to announce Breeze, a group exhibition exploring the sensorial relationships between humans and the environment. Curated by the Director of Gallery 104, Lucy McCarron, the exhibit presents the work of an impressive roster of multidisciplinary artists working in a range of media, but with a particular focus on painting. Collectively, Breeze showcases an array of artworks where artists have interrogated natural phenomena and translated their experiences for viewers. The remarkable set of artists forming this show include: Miri Akkerman, Victor Camunas, Troy Carlton, Jamie Cohen, Fiorentina De Biasi, Nina Friedman, Yumiko Fuji, Madeline Garrett, Jennifer L. Gray & Phillip Johnson, Blakelee Harmon, Ling Ju, Dorota Karpeta, Pia Kintrup, Tina Koresis, Sherry Krivosheev, Susan List, Lana London, Daniel Luman, Cate McMullin, Deborah Evadney Myrie, Jill Nonnemacher, David Reinfeld, Sherry Ruden, Kelly Snyder, Virginia Soyka, Annette Tan, Carol Weinberg, Anna Wilhelmsson, and Debra Wright.

The show will open on Thursday, June 6th with a public reception from 6-9pm. Following the reception, there will be an after-party for artists, curators, collectors, and patrons at the nearby Roxy Hotel, located between Walker and White Streets on 6th Avenue. The show will remain on view until Sunday, June 30th. Visitors may see the works during its run Monday through Sunday between the hours 12-5pm.
